Unfortunately this is a state that supports candidates like Santorum and finds issues relating to a school nickname more important …..one day hopefully ND will get its priorities right, and join the 21st century

Exactly, this doesnt cover nearly enough animals and no penalty could be harsh enough in my eyes! Sad part is I lost a LOT of faith in North Dakota after the last election. And now, voting for Santorum? Really? Anyone who thinks he’s even a consideration doesnt care about themselves, especially not women and surely not animals.
