BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) It’d be tough to argue that Rick Santorum’s Super Tuesday win in North Dakota has much to do with money. The former Pennsylvania senator had raised just $5,400 in the state less than even GOP presidential defectors Michele Bachmann, Herman Cain and Tim Pawlenty.
