I don’t understand when communication is made between the NCAA & UND it’s never between the same people??? Once again it sounds like the NCAA is making things up & changing them at will. It clearly is bullying, They are overstepping their authority. Shame on them! Who exactly is in charge of checks & balances over the NCAA? How can any college or state allow any outside organization run them?
Would ND let one of the Oil Cos.(perhaps) take over & run our state???? What really is the difference?
