Hudson moves closer to forming stormwater utility

The City Council on Monday night approved the first reading of a significantly revised ordinance that will establish a stormwater utility if it gains final approval. oh no, another .gov “utility” that should be covered under our current taxes, water fees, sewer fees, and dozen other “fees” we are charged already….
