I’m confused. The highest seniority after 5 years yet needs her rn to return. Hmm I think there are people in surgery with 20+ years and have their rn. Somethings not right with this story.

This woman worked as an LPN for 5 years at Altru. They are now only currently hiring RN’s to work in the hospital at Altru. If this woman had her RN she would be able to be hired back. At this time it seems as though the hospital is phasing our LPN positions, hers being one of them.
