Aren’t all personnel matters to be closed meetings if requested by the individual who is being discussed? It would seem to me to be a violation of the individual’s rights to have this report made public before any type of meeting is held.
City Council attorney maybe should advise this committee about such rules regarding of this type of meeting.

I’m still wondering what the aligations are??Misconduct guess we didnt get to know untill all is said and done :/ ,well these charges agianst mr gomm better carry some serious weight ,not that he sat down for a few minutes!!!…
