Beautiful building….I’ve seen it from I94 through town…..But at what point do you say enough is enough? Granted there’s a lot of reasons for restoring it, but it was built in a time when the materials used weren’t the price of many arms and legs. To say they “Need” a $240 million building instead of looking at a cheaper alternative like building a new one seems like a dis-service to the taxpayers…..I like the needed scare tact warning about how it will be more expensive if it’s put off…Why do you think it got to this point in the first place? Nobody wanted to suggest spending mega millions to fix it years ago……Duh….

Maybe they should move into the MetroDome since they think that is such a wonderfull building and great location.
