   One should give the Mn. GOP legislators in St Paul due credit. They know Gov. Dayton will ax about all Bills passed by them that they feel are good for the State , there-fore shooting down all the GOP’s Dreams. Only way out is for them to pass a Amendment and let the 5 million Minnesotans vote yes or no in a General election . The Democrats need not ask the 5 million Minnesotans for their yes votes for their Dream wishes, they just ask ONE person, Democrat Gov. Dayton to write up one more of his Famous Executive Orders and not give Minnesotans a chance to vote on it.

  Wonder what it is about the state GOP that they have to try to do everything via amendment?
  Could it be that they just don’t have the fortitude to try to actually get anything done any other way?
