teachers are doing all the things you say now and for no bonus. Plus what is a good teacher or a bad teacher?
If the Governor and the Republicans really want to improve education they should invite educators to the table, rather then hide in a backroom and come out with amendments that won’t due education any good.
One other thing. Quit listening to Graves and if you have to listen to him offer to listen to the other side.

Obviously our Governor doesn’t know either or he wouldn’t have writen a bill thinking only 20% of teachers are worthy of a bonus. Thank God there are Republicans who believe in local control and will allow school districts to handle their own “bad teachers”.
