East Grand Forks council agree to $1.56m pool repair

Decision was unanimous; construction to start mid-Aug.In the end, the East Grand Forks pool proved not to be controversial at all.
Consensus became official with Tuesday’s unanimous City Council vote to spend $1.56 million on repairing the 49-year-old outdoor pool. The renovation will cover a wide range of problems, including leakage that results in ever-growing water costs. Continue Reading
