Are you kidding? How is it the Miillers fault that the pool collapsed? Who was it on the news was saying they were hitting it with sledge hammers? Wasnt the Miillers!!! And its on film. Kim Miiller was in Sioux Falls that night at the hospital about to have surgery. When the pool collapsed the kids and others from the pool went into the Miillers store and removed all of her stuff. I would say that is trespassing and removing the evidence from the scene.

The MAC’s answer to the lawsuit also alleges the Miillers’ own negligence contributed to the damages caused to their business, but the answer does not elaborate on the allegation.
They cant elaborate because they have no answer to it.
This a joke and they are just trying to place blame elsewear.
