I’m beginning to think that there are too many people in the public sector that forgot where the money comes from for their salaries. There is a racket going on with these consultant’s for job searches. If the board is supposedly smart enough to fire someone, I’d think they’d be smart enough to hire someone without spending $18,500+ of our dollars.
According to district performance data and public outcry, Mr. Porter should’ve never been fired in the first place.

It sure would be nice if I could spend other people’s money to do my job for me!

They can spend all they want on a search firm, but I question is we will be able to find any high caliber candidates who will want to work with our dysfunctional board….didn’t the board loose a candidate a few searches back because of comments that they made?
