This column is called “Ask your government.” The North Dakota Petroleum Council has NOTHING to do with governing me or my state, or an industry. The only thing they govern is BIG Oil propaganda through their mouthpiece/puppet Scott Hennen, and NDGOP elected officials, by way of $millions in legal political bribes called campaign donations.
When folks ask you to ask your government, they don’t expect you to ask a lobbyist.
