“One million Wisconsinites signed recall petitions in an unprecedented and inspiring show of solidarity and determination.
No. A million signatures were turned in. BIG difference. Remember in the Harsdorf recall election more signatures were turned in than Moore got votes.

Indeed. Once this recall election is over. All recall elections should be eliminated. The majority cast votes to select a winner and then you wait until the next election cycle to vote again.

Just because a million signatures were turned in doesn’t mean a million different people signed the petitions.

To Ken, a little known W.I.N. group was contemplating a recall of Doyle. If Falk is the best choice the Democrats can up with, it will be a very tough sledding. What is a Democrat going to say? I want to take Wi back, back to defecits, and back to furlough days for employees and back to lay offs. Back to asking the Federal Government for hand outs. I hope you realize the only thing the union wants back is for the state to be the collector of dues, they could care less about anything else. And why is that? Every other state that said no to the colelction of dues, those members who willingly paid said dues dropped to under 20%. So tell me, what has the union done for it’s members in the last couple of years? Negotiated unpaid time off, lay offs and no raises. All while still receiving there dues like clock work every month. If I had represenatation that was that good, I would be out of a job as well. Godo luck with the recall, it should be fun!

Will you say the same thing if Walker wins? Or will you and your like minded people try again?

Funny how that spending at least 9 Million tax payers money on a recall is “Democracy in Action”.. Never mind how many jobs that could save.. Never mind the amount of money Falk, Walker and others will spend on ads that could save jobs…

All that money could have been used for the kids. Or given to the poor union leaders.

To know more about Falk go read this:

Sure she can claim she saved $10 Million dollars..
By pushing it off until later..
The “normal” Democrat way of doing things… Never actually Fix the issue, just delay the pain until later when they aren’t around.. and this is who you want running the state??
Meanwhile, a company currently located in Eagan, Minnesota has stated they are moving their headquarters to Hudson. Also a start-up aircraft company is opening their doors in Superior Wisconsin that will bring 600+ jobs..
Dang that Walker creating jobs..
He should be creating deficits, not paying bills to Minnesota and Illegally taking funds from other Government agency’s to pay others much like Doyle did if he wants our support.

For those claiming Walker’s budget is going to destroy education.. Please explain how with this evidence reported here http://washingtonexaminer.com/politics/2011/07/wisconsin-schools-buck-union-cut-health-costs
The law, bitterly opposed by organized labor in the state and across the nation, limits the collective bargaining powers of some public employees. And it just happens that the Hartland-Lakeside teachers’ collective bargaining agreement expired on June 30. So now, freed from the expensive WEA Trust deal, the school district has changed insurers.
“It’s going to save us about $690,000 in 2011-2012,” says Schilling. Insurance costs that had been about $2.5 million a year will now be around $1.8 million. What union leaders said would be a catastrophe will in fact be a boon to teachers and students.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports the Pewaukee School District, not far from Hartland-Lakeside, will save $378,000 by next year by leaving WEA Trust.
The Menomonee Falls School District, farther north, will reportedly save $1.3 million.

Don’t forget, the Hudson School District save $1.2 million when they were allowed to drop the WEA trust extortion package. Oh ya and their benefit costs rose to $25 a week, boo hoo. Ironically this very paper ran that information the day after Moore lost the election. Thye buried in a tiny little one liner.
