How interesting! Maybe part of the problem with traffic in the western part of North Dakota stems from the comment of Rick Stoppelmoor, HDR senior project engineer in Omaha, Neb. “Not everyone wants it, not everyone likes it, but we do have to react to it.” How about the NDDOT getting a grip and doing some PLANNING, not just reacting!!! It’s not like this all started yesterday and not like anyone is predicting it will end tomorrow!
