Here we go again. The County Board needed to pay an outside agency (more consultants?) to “assist” with giving an existing county employee a promotion? I’m sorry, I don’t get it. How much was the bill for the “assistance”? Doesn’t the county have a Human Resources Dept. that handles this stuff?

A journalist might actually take a look at who is this contractor/consultant and what process led to their selection? Sure would hate to find crony capitalism at work in our back yard.
