In any business, if an employee doesn’t accept what is offered, someone else will. As far as I’m concerned, there is no longer a labor dispute. The growers are just trying to run the company THEY invested in.
Any one of the locked out employees has free will to accept what the company has offered. Other people are doing that right now by applying for jobs at Crystal for exactly what the union was offered. Most won’t out of fear of retribution, punishment, scorn, ridicule and other union thuggery.
