Minnesota DNR rules Essar environmental review adequate

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources announced Tuesday that the final, supplemental Environmental Impact Statement on the Essar Steel project outside Nashwauk is officially “adequate,” meaning regulatory agencies can now move toward issuing permits for the project to advance.
