Mr. Klewin is trying to sell something that is not needed in North Dakota. Design build works well on large complex projects. Most ND road projects are simple, straight forward projects. I have attended a couple of meetings where Mr. Klewin has spoke, and his main goal is to get US 85 four laned through the State. There are other highways in western ND that have as much or more traffic than many areas on US 85, and these need to be looked at also.
