Maybe all of this is true, but you may need to take a longer look at this to see if this is as good as you seem to think it is. What will the area look like in 25 years? Will there be appropriate environmental safeguards in place? What will happen when the bubble bursts? (It always does) Do you feel that the State government will be wise enough to plan for the future?
