I have never met Mr. Radosevich, however, after reading the story in last weeks paper and seeing the video of his wrongful arrest, I certainly hope he wins his case. Maybe then some (much needed) changes will come with the North Hudson police department.

I too watched the video….3 times. The North Hudson officer acted reasonably, professionally and lawfully. N. Hudson residents are fortunate to have such a well-trained police dept. in their village. The board’s decision to deny the claim was 100% correct.

I sometimes believe we should keep pace with modern society and create an opt-out list for those that either dislike the the law enforcement community or just outright hate all officers. Can you imagine calling 911 and getting the message “We’re sorry sir/ma’am, but I see you’ve opted out of law enforcement response for yourself. If you’d like to re-register, please fill out the form at http://www.ineedhelpnow.com, we will respond to your request within 8-12 weeks. Thank-you and have a nice day”. Always remember, if you don’t like the Police, the next time someone is kicking in your front door……call the Fire Department, they hardly ever get any complaints.
