This guy got away with murder in my opinion to begin with, and should have been doing life!! I don’t believe anyone thought this guy acted in self defense or tried to take the gun away, but there was a shortage of evidence to put him away where he belongs for life! The only other thing left for the parents of their murdered daughter is a civil wrongful death suit.

Knowing Andrew from back when I worked with him, there is certainly a ton of stuff about this case that he will never talk about… he will always minimize his involvement and responsibility.
It took 6 long years to resolve this case. 52 months in prison is not a big price to pay for the death of his wife – especially considering that, with good time, he is slated to serve just under 32 months of it. Practically a slap on the hand – and Andrew knows this. Then he will go on with his life…whereas Nichole will not.
