As a volunteer at another shelter and several rescue groups, I have trouble with the finding of “ownership” for the woman? if Braveheart shelter, or this Brandi Tracy lady had any brains at all, they would have let the matter rest, knowing that the man who rounded up BOTH OF THE DOGS FOR HER, EVEN AS SHE WAS LYING ABOUT THE SECOND DOG’S ESCAPE, would take good care of Cagney. Instead, she is voluntarily choosing to continue running her name, and her shelter’s name, thru the mud. good call Tracy!
