President Barack Obama signed a wide-ranging defense bill into law today despite having “serious reservations” about provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation and prosecution of suspected terrorists. Why does “fighting terrorism” always make a mockery of the Bill of Rights?
The law is clearly un-constitutional; at least until the SCOTUS defiles the plain-text meaning of the Constitution (again!) in support of tyranny .
The “terrorists” have won. Our own government is now more of a threat to liberty than any outsiders ever were since 1776.
