Fact: Mr. Molbert lost the evidence in a sexting to minor case.
Fact: A guy got picked up by now the current sheriff for a DUI, hauled into Hettinger to blow, blew under, and they still charged him with a DUI and made him bond out, and would not take him back to his vehicle. He had to get a lawyer, the case was dropped, he outed this practice in the local newspaper, and so then somebody sent his license into the state with a DUI conviction anyway. And it also took him 3 months to get his bond money back.
Fact: There was a conspiracy, an order put out on Vicente Chacano. Vicente’s ex-wife wanted Vicente to take her back in late November 2009. He told her no. So she got him re-charged somehow, because she didn’t want to have to pay to drive from Wisconsin to Fargo once a month for Vicente to visit his daughter (she gets her salary from us taxpayers by the way). Somebody put out an order on Vicente to charge him, but not deliver his papers, so then he would miss a court date and they could lock him up for a failure to appear and then his ex-wife would not have to pay (with our money) to make the trek for his visitation. Go look at the court cases and how long it took to get his papers delivered. Somebody had to go to the courthouse and ask for them to be delivered. So this is what you taxpayers pay for, an innocent man sitting in jail, put there on a conspiracy by a woman who gets her money from us, a prosecutor who also is paid by taxpayers, and a sheriff who was paid by taxpayers, 2 trials. Vicente is made out to look like the bad guy, but he was never, NEVER the perpetrator. There is much more to the story and there will be a book written, because now there is a huge coverup going on.
