PLEASE close the west Duluth store. They have no customer service!Even at thier customer service booth. It’s always dirty and disorganinzed. The employees are so slow and not trained very well at all. Feel free to let that store go. It would do some good for that area.

Kmart is failing because their business model is dated and the stores are not attractive…Sears looks better but you have to work too hard to be a customer there.. the heavy handed policies and the credit practices will be the end of that chain, too.

I find it funny that they keep the west Duluth branch, and close the one at the mall. The ONLY reason the WD branch does more business is because of it’s location.
Instead of investing money into the appearance of the stores, and the products they provide, they waste Millions of dollars on the Self Checkout machines that they never had open in the first place and then just took them out.
Both locations in Duluth look exactly the same as they did in the 1980′s. You need to evolve as a business to stay competitive, and they have not.
