If Duluth could get more people like everyone involved in this project, then perhaps slowly but surely, block by block, the detritus of Duluth could get priced out, then forced out of town.

This sounds great. The only problem is going to be getting in. I’ll wait a few weeks and then enjoy
We aren’t going out as often anymore, so this would be a great alternative to the same old chains and have great food and atmosphere at a great price!!!!!!! I can’t wait.

Pay no attention to the sad little people who come onto this blog everyday, simply to complain and tear down anything in the DNT that is remotely positive. Dan H probably said the same thing about the Brewhouse, yet here we are nearly 20 years after the current investors bought the Fitger’s complex and you can’t get a table at the Brewhouse without a on-hour wait most nights. One year, Dan? Try 20. One has to ask of certain recurring posters on this blog – if you hate everything about Duluth, why do you live here?

I suspect the perpetually negative, always available posters are stay at home sons…with their own place in Mom’s basement….would it kill their Moms to bring home a cupcake once in a while?

It’s nice that DEDA gives these guys a 350k grant and they can’t even hire local workers for the construction. I won’t be eating here or at burrito union anymore.
