People need to check the weather and the conditions especially when we have had very little subzero temps. There just seems to be some who continue to risk their life and their property in the event to ice fish even when conditions are not favorable with warmer then normal temps. There are going to be areas on the lake with very little ice support and the melting freezing and melting just makes conditions dangerous! Lets face it our weather has changed and our winters are not what they use to be. There is no telling what parts of the lake are unsafe, especially if you are on the lake at night.
The DNR warns people all the time but there are those that still think they can beat the odds!
