In today’s world of technology there is absolutely ZERO reason for a system like this to be out of service two whole months. Systems with far more complexity than this are converted without being down at all. Take it down for a week —–maybe OK. Two months…absolutely unacceptable. (This on top of ruining everyone’s planning last summer with the shutdown should reinforce other alternatives for vacations!)
