The city should consider moving towards a snow emergency parking restriction. More convenient for citizens and a more effective. Why allow parking on one side of the street when it truly only matters (when it snows) a few days out of the month. Posting a notice on the city’s website should be effective, but most people will use common sense and think……hey it’s snowing…I better park on the odd/even side tonight. This would be a great solution, but would reduce revenue.

It’s all about revenue! What other reason can there be? I think it’s time to make a change winter 2012/13. If RF is suppose to be so community minded, let’s show it and be more “citizen friendly” and stop imposing fines every chance you can.

Park on the correct side so snow plowing can be done most easily and economically.. Don’t fight the system.
