You’d think that would be a good location….What’s this…the third or fourth resturant in there since it was built?

Well, there goes one.
Of all places, though, I’d have thought being right next to Olive Garden and all the overflow they will surely have could have been a boon to business.
Ugly building, though, without the old cinema covering its backside. Here are some suggestions to whoever takes it over: It’s going to need a facelift, put the outdoor seating on the south side where it’s visible and appealing to passersby on 32nd. Oh, and for the sake of all that is good, how about some live background music at a restaurant on the south end?

I have been told that Old Chicago is planning to move into that location.

Every time a restaurant opens in this town, another closes. ‘Bout time someone figured out that we have ENOUGH restaurants here.
How much is the City offering new businesses in tax breaks or other corporate welfare to “encourage growth”? Whatever the amount…it’s totally wasted. (Corporate Welfare is ALWAYS a waste of tax money!)
