I just drank a glass of clear liquid, in which 2/3 of the atoms in it were the most volatile element on Earth. Why? Well, we need water to survive. Perhaps a little lesson in chemical bonding will help these anti-amalgam (and the anti-vaccine) nuts.

The mercury fillings issue pops up every 8 to 10 years and creates headlines for awhile, all the folks who think the government is using amalgam fillings to dominate your thoughts get to vent about that for awhile and then everything settles down again.
