What a joke! Mr. Hamilton is seriously trying to take credit for the turn around? “Our actions” is laughable. They didn’t take any actions. The only action they took was to shut down the state which ended up costing money. Borrowing from schools does not constitute a budget turn around.

I’m willing to give Hamilton the credit all right.
At the expense of the working, middle class and public schools. and I’ll remember to thank him at the polls.
So why is nobody questioning the math skills of our trusted servants? There wasn’t supposed to be a surplus. Someone need a refresher course in accounting?
