Before considering it a ‘surplus’, perhaps they should look at the amount that’s owed to the school districts in delayed payments.

If there is a surplus,, it belongs to us taxpayers of Minnesota and must be returned to us. Meanwhile, if real spending reductions were effected (and not merely reduced spending increases that government calls “cuts”) then thank you legislature and Governor. Cut more next year. Get the money back in the hands of working citizens to spur our economy and create opportunities for industrious MInnesotans.

Start cleaning “HOUSE” in the Minnesota DNR ,,,, THEN you will see an enormous SURPLUS of our tax and lottery moneies !!!!!!

Savings due to legislative fiscal restraint. Can’t wait to see the results when a real budget and reforms are passed.
