Cottage Grove man pleads guilty to distributing child pornography; admits to possessing thousands of images

Steven M. Borgan Jr., 31, admitted to distributing images and videos of child pornography. Borgan also admitted to possessing approximately 8,095 images and 205 videos of child pornography, “including items that portrayed sadistic or masochistic conduct or other depictions of violence,” according to the plea announcement.
