Mr. Mercer – How dare you … How dare you say that the reason Rutland sends a bus to Madison is to get more state aid! The reason we send a bus to Madison is because there are families there who CHOOSE to open enroll their children in our school. Those kids are not money to us – we care so much about them – and for you to say we take them to get more state aid couldn’t be farther from the truth! Whether they are from our school district or not – our job is to teach them, care about them, and mold them into the amazing people they will become!
