I think it is wrong to prosecute young Jacob as an adult on a second degree murder charge while his to actuall adult brothers get off w/accessory after the fact.All three brothers indicated and disscused killing there mother.I STRONGLY believe if Dylan would have never moved up here the spring befor,Tammera would still be alive.He was also the one to put the belt around her neck stateing he was not sure if she were dead yet at the time.
