The rules are the rules. Tear the damn thing down. Its high time this board actually does something right. Every damn lake in the county is full of non conforming structures that received variances or after the fact permits. What a joke and what a gutless worthless board thay have been. Nice to see them finally growing a set. Let em sue… hope the board prevails.
