I wonder what he will do when it gets 20 below with a windchill of 50 below. You never used to see “homeless” people around here due to the cold. But the allure of jobs is too much for many to ignore. The infrastructure in Dickinson and other places in western ND is not designed to take on so many people so quickly.
I used to live in California and sunny San Diego had a great share of homeless peoiple. But it is 65 there on most days, on rare days in the “winter” dipping down to high 30′s. I thought it would be hard to live that way. But I can’t imagine doing it here.
