This puts to rest the idea that Crookston will ever be able to support a new motel. There’s no market or demand strong enough In C-town for it. Not unless Wayne Melbye and the idea of his investment group funding new construction? As long as the Northland Inn is standing, there’s no need for anything beyond the AmericaInn and Golf Terrance motel.
