Another factual survey that shows that smoking is bad for your health. Another example of how we could save money in the health care arena. If more people stopped smoking there would be a healthier population and less demand on the health care system. Same with seat belts. Prople injured or killed not wearing them cost us all alot of money as we try to patch them together again. In some MN counties over 40% of traffic deaths were a result of not wearing seatbelts. There’s a few simple things we can do to bring the cost of health care down. These are two of them. Better diet and excersise would have a big impact as well.
