Dickinson is growing faster than the most populous city in the state, as far as building permit values go, and that means the city could be issuing record numbers of building permits, officials said Wednesday.

Actually, Williston is sitting at 275 million according to their building department site at http://www.willistonnd.com not 217million. According to their building department, the next month of Sept. will push their totals to over 300 million. Dickinson will probably be close to this in the next couple years the way things are going in Dickinson.
