Are both the trailer and the adjacent residence both owned by David Kookier? Was he planning on collecting the insurance, or just burn it down to get rid of it. or some other reason?
It doesn’t appear as if Kookier was interviewed so we only have half a story so I guess we’ll never know.
FYI, just because someone appears to know their surroundings and alert does not mean they are in their right mind.
