okay silly question I am sure, but don’t they need a permit or something to put a sign up? If yes, then it must have been city hall giving them the permit to put up the sign, so what are the requirements for a sign like that, wouldn’t it be that they have signed a deal, otherwise why would you bother putting up a sign? I personally thought the sign was a real eyesore when I drove by it.
