Isn’t this about green house gases that coal plants produce leading to MMGW. This is more obfuscation by the power companies & the Forum/Herald junta to confuse the public about the issue of GHG & the power companies attempts to avoid regulation as if the EPA is only talking about haze. Give me a break. Conrad is bought & paid for by big energy.
