Just few facts: there are 5 , not 6 pavilions, and they were build in 1924 -1930, well pass the WW1 time. Riga was celebrating 810 years this year. The Museum was build during the Soviet time and was dedicated to the Red Latvian Riflemen. They were substantial participating force in 1917 Bolshevik revolution, and took some leading roles/ positions in government after it.
