A St. Paul Park man is accused of being a “peeping Tom” for allegedly peeking into the window of a girl’s home after dark.

my name is chantelle and i am the college age girl he’s been spying on for at least the past two years. the first time i caught someone and the cops showed up was in august of 2009. Mike was my brothers friend and seemed to show up after every incident. Right after the cop had left mike came over and said “hey dude what were the cops here for” the thing is you wouldn’t be able to see the cop car from his house to mine. this WHOLE THING was no joke. i haven’t been able to sleep since the whole thing went down and i’ve been one pills because of it. i was violated in my own home, and i hope he gets charged with everything he can be. Also that was a 13 year old girl he was watching the night Corey caught him, thats a felony, and i hope he’s charged accordantly

I hope this creep gets the maximum sentence for your sake Chantelle. I would look into filing a civil suit against him for all the anguish he’s caused you.

and he wasnt my moms friend, he was my brothers who passed away july 29th.
also that ladder wasn’t his, it belonged to the house where the 13 year old girl lived.
