This could have a huge effect on the local business in Nobles County. An increase in fees in a tough economy is not what is needed. This is ONE more example of Nobles County not making decisions that are best for the citizens of Nobles County. The commissioners and Mel Ruppert ought to be ashamed of themselves for placing the business owners in this sort of situation. When are they going to learn?
