it is not just this area, this has been going on forever and its not going to change. we, as adults promote booze. The city makes its living off the park rapids bottle store and when sales are down they just can’t hardly stand it, why aren’t people buying more booze.
We promote on one hand and then can’t figure out whats wrong. Accept it, kids will drink——you probably did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
