I’m confused by the last line of this article: “Even so, they will likely prove valuable in this case.” Is the case that they’re referring to the escape charge that Megna faces? If so, it’s pretty obvious that he escaped custody since he was found the next day coming out of a cornfield. It’s about as open and shut as you can get. I would think that would prove valuable and since these videos don’t actually show him escaping then they’re really unnecessary.
